You’ll start with a 1-hour onboarding call with me to identify your current fitness level, goals, injuries (if any), daily schedule, and lifestyle. From that call, I will design a personalized 4-week plan. Each month, you will receive a new progressive program based on your current goals, 4 weeks of recipes (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), unlimited email or in-app chat support, and one 30-minute check-in call to discuss your progress. THIS PLAN IS FOR YOU IF: -You want a completely customized program designed for YOUR body, YOUR goals, and YOUR lifestyle -You need expert guidance but don't want the time commitment or price tag of traditional personal training -You know yourself well enough to know you need structure, accountability, and direct access to a professional -You're ready to invest in yourself but want maximum flexibility WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT: This isn't a one-size-fits-all program you follow on your own. This isn't full personal training either. It's the sweet spot in between—customized programming with ongoing expert support at a fraction of the cost.
